c. Top 3 bidders will be notified by phone on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 and invited to the private auction.

d. 15% down on November 21, 2026

e. Sale is not contingent on financing, selling "as is", with no contingencies and subject to approval

f. Current property taxes prorated to day of closing

g. A letter of credit from bidder's lender is required to bid

h. Bidders will have the chance to raise their bid at auction
